This was on the FP yesterday and I intentionally stayed out of this debate because this kind of stuff is both a good reason for and against carrying my handgun in my car.

I view purposely damaging someones car as an act of terrorism. Hammer down and don't look back. Hopefully their face doesn't scratch the bumper.

I think that law is put in place to prevent having to clean up the mess in your house, putting the mess in your driveway.

As soon as they're out of their car and acting in a threatening manner, I'm out of there. Especially so if they have any sort of weapon.
